I am posting the following announcement here, as well as on AQ Events:

I am so sorry if this inconveniences anyone that has already signed up
for this event, but please note that the date has been changed to the
following Saturday (June 21st). After finally getting someone to
check the area and deciding on the group area that will best
accommodate our group we have reserved Group Area #2. This area was
already reserved for the week-end of the 14th. We are now locked into
June 21st. This may help the ones that have graduations to attend.
